Crystal Decisions Shared Utill Throws an Exception

Hi,

 

I have an error when previewing a crystal report.  The logs aren’t really telling me what the problem it suggests that the report is correctly formatting based on the entries and that passwords, file paths etc. are being picked up.. I have a 64 bit client 19c Database Client, 64 Bit CWS and 64 Bit runtime.

I have tried reinstalling the CWS but still get the same issue. Any advice is appreciated.

@WyrAndreM It seems crystal web service is not configured properly. You may try to reinstall the crystal web service using the correct zip file inside the IFSHOME. Make sure the system parameters correctly mention the machine name, port, and the crystal web service instance name you have configured.

Thanks for the reply I had references to the log4net .dll I ended up having to install a 32 bit components to overcome the issue.
