Cloud Lobby Element was timed out. "Retry with max timeout"

Hi all,

We have some lobby elements that time out after appx. 10 sec.:

In the debugger:

Something is cancelling the request. How do we fix this?

Check the system parameter Maximum time for executing a query of a lobby element

That could be the cause for the timeout

Thanks for the suggestion. I already tried that. No luck.

I am also puzzled about the element message “Retry with max timeout”. What is “max timeout”?

I can see that it is send as a parameter:
