Changing url for customer environments (Managed Services)

Hi,

 

My customer has been bought by another company so their company name is changed now. What’s the process to go about getting the urls and environment identifiers for all customer environments changed to the new company name? 

 

Appreciate any guidance please.

Hi @Sham_ARC ,

Please raise a case to IFS mentioning the previous URLs and new URLs (that customer would like to have). The relevant team (depending on whether the environments are hosted in IFS Cloud or in a 3rd party hosting service) will check your request and support you accordingly.
