Dear All,
This problem occures when there is a expired account and that user trying to login through web portal(APPS 9 b2e) and provide a new password . But user able to update with new password through application without any issue. Don't know exact reason for this. Hoping for help to fix this. Since most of users use only b2e web. Kindly check the attachments for get better idea.
