Dear All,


This problem occures when there is a expired account and that user trying to login through web portal(APPS 9 b2e) and provide a new password . But user able to update with new password through application without any issue. Don't know exact reason for this. Hoping for help to fix this. Since most of users use only b2e web. Kindly check the attachments for get better idea.

What is the UPD version? There was a bug that was included in IFSAPP9 UPD5 for this error, which occurred for Oracle 12c databases. 

Patch ID - 123640 - Change expired passwords for Oracle 12c

Solution ID - 228190 - Change expired passwords for Oracle 12c
