+20Looks like this is an LTU connected permission set, hence this must be as per the design. Such permission sets are not fully editable due to license restrictions. See following docs for more information.

+23Yes, I agree with Rusiru. We created our permissions and provided them to IFS. IFS generated the LTU permission. Even if you want to do some changes.
