Cannot access IFS8 Application with SYSIFS user.

Hi All,

We are getting the below error while accessing the IFS8 Application with SYSIFS user. license is in active state. So there is no issue in license. what's the reason behind this? Can you anyone help me?

Hi @XitSupunS , 

 

User password may be expired. 

Login to the database from SYS user and try to alter this password.
