Unfortunately, the business representative AB-TEST does not appear in Representatives section in Calendar Sync Configuration
What is the criteria for a business representative to appear under Representatives in Calendar Sync Configuration?

The Business Representative in question did not have the permission set EXCHANGE_SYNC_USER granted. Once granted the issue was resolved and they appeared.
