After a period of time we are getting the following error:

Microsoft is waiting for another application to complete an OLE action

 

IFS Business Reporter

Unspecified error (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80004005 (E_FAIL))

   at Ifs.Application.ExcelReporter.MainWorkbook.ExecuteClick(Boolean cacheEnabled)

 

Can anyone please advise.

Managed to resolve, issue with Time-out.

I agree with @disnam. I encounter the same. Did you make a change somewhere to alter the idle or wait time?

Hello everyone,

 

the issue seems to be a known one and I could not find a final fix for it.

The recommendation is to re-install the BR if the error repeatedly occurs.
