BPA - Using user Tasks

Hello,

After an upgrade in IFS cloud from 21R1 to 22R1, BPA is not working for user task.

I tried to use BPA to make a simple popup for yes or no, but the following error is generated.

 

You will find below my workflow design.

 

Do you know if user tasks have been depreciated?

Is there a way to add user tasks to workflows in 22R1?

User interaction can only be done if you make use of the Projection Action configuration. You cannot use Event Actions in combination with user tasks. Think this change was indeed since 22R1 (or even 21R2).

 

e.g. below example. For the projection Action it's possible to use User Tasks;
