​@ronhu Check any of your custom varchar2 variables the byte size is small.  

This is not necessarily a custom object issue, as sometimes the Core RnD Logic can have mistakes and perform concatenation operations on variables where the total of what they’re concatenating is over the defined size of the variable the values are concatenated to.

I’ve reported cases of the above before and got them fixed by RnD and patches delivered to correct it.

What version of IEE do you use ? If you can check the logic of the package at the line numbers given that can help you figure out where the buffer is overflowing. At any rate you probably should open a ticket for them (If you can’t give IFS Support a clear technical breakdown of where it’s overflowing, they’ll likely organize a call with you to replicate the issue and get one of their technical resources to check the error stack themselves)

Which Apps 10 update version are you on. We corrected a similar or the same issue in Apps10 UPD22.

I think it can be a standard bug because variable is set to 2000 length
