Azure AD provisioning with SCIM error

Hi,

My Azure AD SCIM enterprise application giving below error when Authorized button is clicked. Any leads?

  • SCIM access manager token regenerated
  • IFS_scim IAM client is enabled and service account created
  • Service account is granted FND_SCIM_ADMIN role

​@knepiosko thanks for the reply. Yes I do have internet access to the IFS applications installation and tried with few other IFS applications environments and getting the same error
