Hi All,

Any idea about this error, please?

I’m getting this when trying to print invoices from the Customer Analysis window.

Email notifications send without issues for a different company when I follow the same process.

 

Error while sending data... 
Caused by: javax.mail.AuthenticationFailedException: 535 5.7.139 Authentication unsuccessful, the request did not meet the criteria to be authenticated successfully. Contact your administrator. aAM0PR04CA0039.eurprd04.prod.outlook.com]

Looks like a problem in your MAIL_SENDER1.  You must have entered a user and a password and they are not correct for the account your are attempting to use for email.

Solution Manager > Integration > Setup IFS Connect

Integration → Connector Senders → MAIL_SENDER1

We were able to solve this issue by turning off the 2FA for the mailbox.


Where did you turn off the 2FA for the mailbox?

Hi @clarkzeng, I’m sorry, I’m not sure about that. our IT team did that for us.
