As a customer I am unable to access wis.ifsworld.com, which is the place where I should be able to see minimum and/or recommended platform specs for running the Aurena client.

Fundamentally, I’m looking to identify specs for low-end tablets that would work well enough to be functional IFS Aurena clients.

Can anyone either provide an alternative location to find this information or provide it directly here?

Any specific recommendations for cheap but viable tablets would also be appreciated if anyone has implemented any.

Thanks,

Nick

Hi @NickPorter,

In order to work well with IFS Aurena, android devices should have the minimum android version of Android 5, iOS devices should have the minimum iOS version of iOS 11 and Windows devices should have the minimum Windows version of windows 10.

Hope this helps!

Hi @NickPorter

Above screenshot shows information about the mobile browsers for IFS Aurena.

@KasunBalasooriya thanks, this is helpful.  I’m still looking for specs (RAM, disk, processor) to know what is minimum viable but if I can assume that those that tablets that worked in testing produce suitable performance then I can research those to get to the numbers.

*Admin Update: Removed Sharepoint links and references to them. (April 2020)

@binura92 unfortunately I cannot get to the IFS Sharepoint… that looks like another resource not available directly to customers?

This would have to be the approach as RnD has not published any platform/OS specific details with regards to mobile and hand held devices.
