I have a Date custom field (Expire Date) in our Customer - CRM Aurena Page and I want to have the selector ONLY pull up customers that have an (Expire Date of NULL or Expire Date > Current Date) whenever the user populates the page or even searches on it. Is this possible in Aurena?

the selector shows you exactly this what you search for.
You can give your conditions in the search bar and the selector shows it only.
In your case you can type “<>” for NULL and > greater than <date>.
Example: <>;>=08.03.2023
