Aurena Custom Page - How to set up Editing Rules?

Is there a way to set up editing rules to an Aurena Custom Page?

For example - In the Business Opportunity page - the fields cannot be edited if the Status is ‘Closed’, however you can click on any fields and edit them if the Status is ‘Unconfirmed’.
