Aurena - APP10- Failed to load attachment - ODP_SERIALIZATION_ERROR

Hi,
We are APP10 UPD17.
In progress of configuring Aurena client for the users. Their starting to use Aurena.

Below error:
When clicking the attachment clip in Expense Sheet Details below error occurred.
 

When debug it gives a serialization error. 
 

Permissions granted,

Could this be due to permission?

Tried previous posts  - Aurena Permission Issue - No access/Failed to load attachments.
But did not work.
