Aurena access with MFA

Hi

We are using apps10 and are looking at making Aurena available to all users from everywhere. How have people integrated MFA into Aurena access. We don’t use SSO either.

We’ve configured IFS to utilize the identity provider of Azure Active Directory for Aurena and IFS Enterprise Explorer.  We utilize multi-factor authentication through the Azure Active Directory.   When we log into IFS we’re directed to a Microsoft login screen and after we enter our credentials a message requesting approval is sent to our Microsoft Authenticator on our cellphone and requires a finger print to approve the login to IFS.  We used to us a text message to the cellphone then enter the pin number into the login screen but that is less secure than using the Microsoft Authenticator and finger print.
