We are on Apps 10, but don’t use the Aurena Interface. I wanted to check it out but I am getting this error when trying to log in with my account.

For sure I have the correct permission set assigned.

Please check whether FND_WEBENDUSER_MAIN permission set is granted to the user. Furthermore, you can try refreshing Aurena caches by following the instructions mentioned in this article:

Thanks for the reply. We are for sure using this permission set. I was also able to clear the cache. Although these are not working still.
