Aside from Todd Williams - Where are SOC Documents Published?

We are a public company.  Our auditors are requiring the following reports:

• IFS Operations Success and Management Cloud Service SOC 1
• Microsoft Subservice Organization SOC 1 (For IFS)

And obtaining from Todd Williams requires frequent follow up emails to chase after the documentation.  Where is this information published so that we can self-serve without sending lots of emails?
