In Cloud 24R2 SU6 we have custom event actions that use the job STEP_READY_FOR_APPROVAL. It is set up for specific users. We have received a request to have the event triggered for ALL employees within a specific site. From what I understand we cannot set up the event action to look at employees where their default site is ‘X’.
I have tried using a workflow, however, have been unsucessful. The SitesperUserHandling uses UserId and Approvalshandling uses PersonId so I cannot get a relationship between the two.
Any suggestions on how we can accomplish this request would be greatly appreciated
