I have a handful of application messages in Notification queue stuck in status of ‘Waiting’. They all seem to be email of quick reports.

Anyone has any idea what to check and what to do to process them?

Hi @LucyWang,

  1. If you RMB on one of the application messages and select “Show Details...”, do you see any error text? 
  2. You could try doing an RMB →  Suspend and then RMB → Resume to see if the application message starts processing. 
  3. You could also try RMB → Move to Queue and move it to a different queue that you know is working and then do the same as in step 2 above, if it doesn’t start processing in it’s own.
  4. You can also check the Message Queue settings for Notifications queue from Setup IFS Connect window. Make sure the STOP_QUEUE check box is unchecked. Also check the EXECUTION_MODE. If it is set to InParallel, try setting it to InSequence and try the above steps 2 and 3.
