We are having a issue where Application messages in Out queue has failed due to xml having special character (90°).
Is there any way to edit in application messages.

Are you expecting to “edit” a failed application message and restart it? I think you can only do this by modifying raw database table data which is not recommended.
Or are you expecting something else?
