Would Wadaco scanners with Android 8 work ok? Currently using Android 7 scanners

According to the Supported Platforms list Android 8.0.0 is supported for IFS Touch Apps (e.g. Scan It) as of Update 9. Of course it never hurts to try and obtain a reference device from your hardware vendor for a trial period and run some verification tests.
