I need to allow access to a newly created NONINV_REASON custom field on the Project Transaction page in Aurena.

Where the INVOICABILITY_DB = ‘2’ (Not Invoiceable) then the user should be able to edit/update the NONINV_REASON custom field

Where INVOICABILITY_DB = ‘1’ (Invoiceable) then the user should not be able to edit/update the NONINV_REASON custom field
