Advice Needed - Window Menu Control in Permission Set

There is not a permission set for the bar.  The permissions can only control whether the save/add/delete buttons can be used or not.

I wouldn’t want to tinker with that setting, as it could definitely cause issues. But to answer your question, you may want to have a look and FND_USER or FND_ENDUSER permission set. It is strongly advised in IFS documentation not to edit these.
