When trying to do "Database Open" and "Reload", Advance Planning Board (APB) gets loaded to the stage "CBS Schedule Successful Loaded" then the Advance Planning Board gets crashed and closed down.

Steps followed:

  1. Following steps were followed to load the “Shop Orders” in the APB.

 

 

 

  1. When trying to reload from the database APB gets crashed and closed down after the following screens.

 

 

Version of the APB client:

 

When checked the APB logs there were not any error entries.

For further reference those logs were attached below.

We’ve just experienced the same issue of APB crashing while processing shop orders, after some investigation it appears shop orders with over 70 operations causes this to happen, although I haven’t verified that exact figure.

We have the same problem, 

You can “reload” the APB if you don't use the “adjust schedule due to shop floor reporting”

 

This problem came after the 22r2 SU17 update before the APB worked fine

We're doing a technical upgrade from IFS9 (using standard IFS upgrade scripts) and we've had this issue since the beginning of IFS Cloud. 

We also had this issue in 23R2 and we still have it in 24R1 SU4.
