Does anyone know a way of changing the behavior of when you click on a IFS URL link embedded within an email to an IFS screen?
If the user is already logged into IFS it will still create a new session (prompting user to login unless using SSO) instead of utilizing the existing IFS session they have open.
Any suggestions would be appreciated

In the EE client you can change the settings by (First pressing the Alt key)
Go to Tools → Options
And then choose the desired way for the URL to open
This change will be applied to the user’s profile after its saved (either by clean exit or Tools → Options → User Profile → Save Profile)
You will also need to restart the application for the changes to take effect.
