Even though I have set “use grouping” to on, some numbers still do not have thousand separators. Why is this happening? Do you have any ideas? Thanks!

Hello,
This is due to setting of the field. When the field is set to Currency or Number then setting will apply. You need to create a case so it will be changed to number.
