About permission - RCB options on the Report Picking of Pick List Lines

Hello IFS community,

Thanks so much for taking the time to read my questions.

First Question

1-  Where could I see the permission set to the RCB to display “Report Picking of Pick Line Lines”? See the screenshot below.

My second question 

2- After RCB and select “Report Picking of Pick Line Lines” a pop-up window appear (fig-2) with no option to populate or query. We cannot pass the window. what am I missing? any idea or advise?
