shop floor reporting of part quantities

We had a power outage at our plant, after employees had ATTENEDED IN, but before they could report and production. we do not use SHOP FLOOR WORKBENCH, how can i go into the employees’ labor record and record production of parts and also scrap?

Hi ​@dlyon6,

Based on your scenario and IFS standard behavior, you can still manually report labor, production, and scrap without using Shop Floor Workbench. The key point is that attendance (attended-in) is handled by HR/Time, while production and scrap are handled at the Shop Order / Operation level.

 

1️⃣Report production manually on the Shop Order

Navigate to:

Manufacturing → Shop Orders → Shop Order Reporting → Report Operations

 

2️⃣Report scrap (if any)

From the same Shop Order:

Shop Order Reporting → Report Scrap

 

3️⃣Report labor time separately (no Shop Floor Workbench)

Since you do NOT use Shop Floor Workbench, use one of these instead:

Shop Order → Report Labor Operations
