"Restore Archived Data" functionality in IFS  Cloud
  Has anyone managed to restore archived data in IFS Cloud ?
  It is not working in 24R1 for me even when there are Archived Data in the same IFS Database.

I have exactly the same issue in 24R2. 

 

Did you receive any explication from IFS ?

I’m experiencing the same issue on 25R2.6. Were you able to resolve the problem please?

If so, could you give any guidance?

We ended up fixing it with a modification. We made our own restore method. This is definitely a bug, i need to go back and see what we reported and what answer we got. Did anyone else report it as a ticket for IFS?

Was it a major modification or a minor one please? Did it only concern how the data is displayed on the screen through the assistant, or was the change much more intrusive than that?

I’d also be interested in IFS’s response on this case, if possible.
