IFS9.4 TLS Update Issue

Hello,

 

We are using the IFS 9.4 application. A specific email service provider is configured within the application for email services.

 

Since this service provider has upgraded the TLS version to 1.2, we have started experiencing connection issues in our system. Has anyone encountered a similar situation or can offer a solution?

 

I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue.

To resolve this issue, we also tried the suggestions provided in the link below, but the problem persists:

Additionally, we are using IFS version 9.4, and our server is running on a Windows Server 2012 R2 environment.
