I’m trying to use support.ifsworld.com but want to use the Help functionality in order to understand how to update cases. But, if I press any of the Help options I get the following error message. Are there any instructions for how to use the support site?

Hi Sue - Apologies for the delay. Can you tell me where you’re selecting the help option? Are you already logged into the portal?

Yes, I am logged in to https://support.ifsworld.com/. At the top right hand side of the page are the icons for Home, Options, Navigator and then Help.. but apart from the Help on Fields option (which isn’t actually any help as they all say ‘null’) any of the other options  (Help on this page, How to use Help, How to use IFS Web Client) all give the same error. Same problem on all pages - Home, Case Overview, Case Detail.
