Hi @arnaudguedon  - I assume you’re looking to hear from other customers about their experience in moving from Gold to Platinum. 

I’m not sure what you’re looking for in regards to the “quality” of support, but you can see the breakdown of the two in this document:

The main takeaway is that with platinum, you get the everything included in gold, but also have some additional benefits like proactive service updates, customer care advocacy, 24/7 support services, etc.
