Write-off codes vs Write-off notice proposal

If you need to have Write-off Code under Write-off proposal, you should enable “Generate Write-off Notice” checkbox in Write-off Codes window. And Also, specify a Write-off Template.

Also, in the Payment Transactions level, make sure “Print Write-off Notice” checkbox is selected.
