Why Period Allocation Reconciliation Report cannot select period range?

Hi, 

In my way of thinking - the report already covers multiple periods.  

The report shows the original date of the entry - the allocation date range (multiple periods), other data, and the amount still open as of the run date.  

Not sure what would be the expectation.   Per the notes this is tagged for apps 10. 

I will say, in older IFS releases (maybe app8) the report was not overly good. It’s better now, and honestly, have not had any client complaints.  But --- I’m in consulting and would not see all comments.

I was expecting a full range of allocation, from the first period up to the last period.
