We are using IFS Cloud version 23R1.

 

On the Manufacturing Labor Class screen, and also on the Manufacturing Labor Classes screen, there is a field called Cost Center Id. See below:

 

 

All the values have gone. It used to have options in the drop-down list of available values but the list is empty now. The values we’d like to use are in the system on another screen called Code String Completion. See below:

 

Does anybody know why these codes aren’t showing as options in the Cost Center Id drop down list please?

Can you check what is logical code part setup for cost center? Please see the help description below.

 

Logical  Code Part
This field is used if IFS/Maintenance or IFS/Engineering is installed. The logical code parts available to be connected to the code parts B-J are Cost Center, Project, Object and Not Used. Not Used is selected by default.  Only logical code part Not Used is allowed for code part A. At any given time, each logical code part value other than Not Used can be connected to only one code part. If project administration in IFS/Engineering is used, the logical code part Project must be used in combination with the code part function Project Accounting.  If No is selected for the Code Used field, only Not Used can be selected for the Logical Code Part field.
