Please assist/Guide me with the error on voucher entry screen:
“Cannot find FA year and FA period for event date 10-JAN-23. Please check the Depreciation Calendar.”
The Calendar exists in IFS

Hello Mona,
It looks like the Depreciation Calendar is ok. I see that voucher is created with User Group 80 , this group has to be connected with Accounting period 2023 01 with Open state. You can check that.

+16After you’ve checked the above user group setup, also change the voucher status manually from Error to Approved and run the “Update GL Voucher” again.
