Please assist/Guide me with the error on voucher entry screen:
“Cannot find FA year and FA period for event date 10-JAN-23. Please check the Depreciation Calendar.”
The Calendar exists in IFS

It looks like the Depreciation Calendar is ok. I see that voucher is created with User Group 80 , this group has to be connected with Accounting period 2023 01 with Open state. You can check that.

After you’ve checked the above user group setup, also change the voucher status manually from Error to Approved and run the “Update GL Voucher” again.
