In Apps 9 users are unable to see the data under payment section in Supplier Analysis window.

Hi,
You can check the permissions of users by searching 'frmSupplierAnalysis' in module-based presentation objects and 'IDENTITY_PAY_INFO%' in database objects in permission sets defined for users.
