Hello,

 

I face this issue  as you can see in the screenshot below while trying to post a manual voucher.

 

Is there a problem linked to permissions ? How to check if it’s the case ?

Seems this is not an error faced often. I would say you to make sure the companies are same in the manual voucher page and new voucher voucher page when you land from manual voucher window. And try entering the voucher again.

 


Hello is there a specific permission set linked to manual vouchers ?

@HAFA15347 turns out in our side that we just needed to enter the page through the Voucher window and not though the shortcut

The problem was that the URL did not change when switching from a company to another.
