Hi All,

Most of the country compliance in Pagero requires the document to be send by PUF format.

https://pagero.github.io/country-compliance/

Is there any transformer or any kind of a solution available to convert IFS E-Invoice format to Pagero PUF format?

IFS does not support the Pagero Universal Format (PUF) for e-invoices. Instead, a new format based on the UBL 2.1 standard is being developed. This new UBL format is designed to provide the same level of functionality and structure as PUF. The fix has been included in version 25R2, which is scheduled to be released on November 27, 2025. Thank you.

@Anuradha Wickramasinghe  is this fix just a transformer? or a significant change of the e-invoice generation? As lots of people will not be able to upgrade to 25R2 this year so if we can get this backported to previous version that would be great!

Hi @Anuradha Wickramasinghe

Thanks a lot for the information. That’s great news that UBL is supported. I read in the release notes that the UBL response is also supported in the e-invoice lifecycle which is also a nice addition. IFS has mentioned in one of the conferences that mandatory government regulations are covered in the core version without having the localization. Do you have any information to share on this.

For example Poland requires the government clearance number for the invoice to be stored in the invoicing software. If we get the authority responds with the clearance number in UBL format, does IFS support that without polish localization?

Thanks!

Damith

This is an enhancement, and all relevant information, including the setup details, is available in the release notes. Based on the available information, the Product Development team has no plans to downgrade. If I find any further details, I will share them with you.
