What is the purpose of field ‘Supplier Tax Office ID’ under supplier tax withholding/ reporting window ?
Is this a country specific requirement or any related business scenario ?

I could find below help text (available in both Apps 10 & IFS Cloud).
I could not find any further details on this field. However, I believe Supplier Tax Office ID field is available for informational purposes. To have values fetched into this field, you need to have the corresponding record added in the Tax Office screen, as mentioned in help text.
