Supplier Payment Proposals - View Data

Hi,

We are on IFS Cloud and have a new starter who is a Transaction Processing Manager but despite having projection access to the Supplier Payment Proposals screen cannot view any data. 

Are we missing some setup where the user needs to be added to a screen to permit access to the historical data?
