Invoice Enclosure - EU Taxes Analysis the Send Invoice Enclosure is greyed out to all user but the IFSAPP. I have tried granting access and creating new permission no luck. 

Does anyone have any idea what else to check besides the permission? 

IFSAppv8 Sp1 version of IFS we are using with the Italian localization? thank you
