Since you have already understood what is mentioned in the field help, for example, in a multi-site internal trade, when the CO is updated, it will automatically send a confirmation to the connected PO of the demand site.

Ok very well do you know the settings that need to be made for this to work please.
Is confirmation sent if you change the internal customer order to the external customer order? Or is it the other way around?
