See invoice lines quick and EASY

Dears,

 

If I have an INVOICE number (not a purchase number).  How do I quickly jump to the invoice lines. So I can see stock numbers, pcs and purchase price ?

 

I would like to jump to the Purchase order - if I have the “invoice nr”. So It is possible to quickly check an invoice.

It is possible today, but a “long way in” 

 

Any quick way ?

      Try Invoiced Purchase Orders.

      A RMB on a line will take you to the Man Sup Invoice.

      Putting a custom RMB shouldn’t be too hard - we normally go from the PO to this screen so don’t need one.

      Only works if Invoice has been matched against the PO though.

      Hi Matthew.

      Thanks - i tried. I can quickly find the invoice - but I can only see the total ?

      When I go to Entry, - still only the total.

      I would like to see each line on the invoice ?

      Hi,

      did you consider to use posting proposals? This will give you more control and information if it comes to supplier invoicing and the matching against a purchase order.
