Searching in Supplier Invoices Analysis - IFS Cloud

In IFS Cloud, 24R2 SU6, we are seeing an issue where a user is entering the invoice date parameter >10/01/2025 and when they click search the table does not load the data accordingly.

When we click on the ADVANCED button to see how the SQL looks, the whole parameter for the invoice date field is missing. It is almost like the system is not accepting the entered parameter and recognizing it exists.

Has anyone else run into this issue in other screens or know how we could fix it?

We identified the cause of this issue, which IFS has confirmed to be a core defect in the system

 

When you enter a search parameter and click TAB on the keyboard to exit the field, the search value is not applied.

IFS is working with R&D to allow the TAB key to be pushed and have the parameter recognized by that mouse click.
