Price Query You can also access this page via the context menu at line level in customer order and sales quoation or directly as follows: Open the Price Query window.
Create a new record (+)
In the Customer field, enter the required customer ID or choose from LOV.
In the Sales Part No field, enter the required sales part number.
Enter the required sales quantity in the Sales Qty field.
Save the record.
PRICAT In order generate logs you have setup the EDI settings in IFS. There are also some posts on this here in the community, please check with search function.

Price Query is a nice screen to see what logic the system used to get to the price that will be used on a CO (looking through the pricing hierarchy → campaigns/cust agreements / price lists / sales part)
Whereas PRICAT, as @LKACH mentioned is more for getting/sending pricing details via EDI. More details about PRICAT message you can find in the URL below:
