I have a customer that would like to decrease their revenue at month end for RMA’s that are created/invoices related to orders that where delivered the previous month.
I don’t see how to do this search in outstanding sale.
Anyone knows how to get this information from IFS Cloud?

Hi,
This sounds like a common accrual type entry.
You get the data from RMA created during a date range where x and y are true.
The X and Y can be anything you need it to be for example RMA was created, yet no invoice. Or created, yet inventory has been returned, and no invoice. Or X, Y and Z must be true, and you define the criteria. A quick report / other can be the source (filter) for the accrual data. You would define the quick report with attributes and filters.
