When processing an RMA, there is a field to ‘release’ product in which you can choose disposition. Is there a way to reverse the ‘release’ if needed? What level permissions would be needed to do so? Thank you.

As far as I know, you can only cancel the product lines, when the last one is cancelled, then the RMA goes to cancelled. Or you can cancel from the header and cancel all lines.
You can’t unrelease, much like a customer order, once released, you can’t go back to planned, only cancel.
